The Lawyer Dr. Wolfgang Wodok, resident in Munich, Germany, is a founding partner of the law firm Dr. Wodok in Munich. For more than twenty years, he has been involved with numerous companies, both in the real estate and commercial sectors, and also in distribution. He has worked in all areas of the economy, especially the fashion business, and is active internationally, with a particular eye for the Italian-German market.
In addition to his work as a lawyer, Dr. Wodok is a professor of commercial law at the University of Applied Sciences. He is a member of the Italian-German Association of Lawyers and the Italian Law Association (A.I.G.L. I).

Following in the family tradition, she has been working as an accountant in Palermo since 1992.
She has acquired extensive knowledge of the Italian tax system, in the field, concentrating mainly on advising people (private individuals, entrepreneurs, freelancers) and developing specific skills in the field of direct taxation, including the interpretation and application of the Double Taxation Conventions and the new tax relief schemes to encourage citizens residing abroad to move to Italy.
She offers clients professional advice, as well as assistance and representation at local government and financial offices, and before Tax Commissions, both in the pre-litigation and litigation phases.
She graduated in Economics and Commerce in 1991 at the University of Palermo.
She has been a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Bookkeepers of Palermo since 1992.

She is enrolled on the Register of Auditors and in the Register of Technical Consultants of the Court of Palermo.
Since 2020, she has been on the Long List of the Region of Sicily for the certification of expenses incurred in the context of the competitive tenders for financing managed by the Department of Productive Activities - PO FESR SICILIA 2014-2020.

Lawrence has been actively involved with Studio Legale Fiasconaro since 2016.
He has been an interpreter for the Court of Palermo since 2014 – Judges for the Preliminary Investigations, Criminal Sections II, III, IV, V, Court of Appeal, Court of Assizes, Court of Assizes of Appeal, Public Prosecution Service, Financial Police, Bankruptcy Court and Juvenile Court.
From 2005 to 2012, he worked for the legal translation and interpreting agency “Lexicon Linguistics” in the UK.
Lawrence is enrolled on the register of technical consultants and the register of expert witnesses of the Court of Palermo in the category of Translators and Interpreters specializing in English.
He is a member of the Italian National Association of Translators and Interpreters and the Chartered Institute of Linguists in the UK.

Vittorio Giorgianni graduated from the University of Palermo and has been enrolled on the Register of the Order of Architects, Planners, Landscapers and Conservationists of the province of Palermo since 17/07/1969.
During his career, he has worked as a Councillor of the Order of Architects, Planners, Landscapers and Conservationists of the province of Palermo, as a Member of the Regional Council of Town Planning (C.R.U.), as a member of the Regional Administrative Technical Committee, in compliance with L.R. n,69/1995 (C.T.A.R.), as a member of the Building Commission of the Municipality of Palermo (from 1992 to 2000) and as a City Councillor for Land and the Environment, the Metropolitan Area, Planning in the Local Area and Relations with the University of Palermo (from 16/10/2001 to 28/05/2003).
His professional experience also covers urban planning and the restoration of historic dwellings.

He has an MBA and 20+ years of international experience (Ireland, Spain, France) working for world-class multinationals (BTB and BTC).
Alonzo is a business consultant in the field of Marketing, and also for start-ups, Crowdfunding Financing, Private Equity and Angel Investors.

Antonio Perrone is a lecturer in Tax Law at the University of Palermo. He has a PhD in "Functions, Offices and Administrative Activities in Tax Matters". He worked for over 15 years as a tax lawyer at one of the most important tax firms in the city of Palermo. He has participated in several national and international research groups on tax matters.
In 2014, he was appointed by the Ministry of the Environment, the Public Sector Research and Training Centre (CRIFSP) and the European School of Higher Education Tax Studies (SEAST) to draw up a report on environmental taxation within the EU legal framework. In 2017 he was Scientific Coordinator and Director of the interdepartmental "Specialist Course in Tax Litigation".
He has been a lecturer in the Memorandum of Understanding between the University of Palermo and the Regional Command of the Guardia di Finanza many times. He participates in the Editorial Committees of several major tax magazines. He has published three monographs and over 40 articles and essays in prestigious journals about tax matters. He has participated as a speaker in various conventions, seminars and conferences, of national and international importance, on tax matters.
He specializes in international taxation, tax compliance, environmental taxation, and tax regimes for foreign citizens resident in Italy.

Giuseppe Gelfi is a lawyer at the Court of Milan, entitled to argue cases before the Supreme Court and other Higher Courts and a member of the DIJV Deutsch-Italienische Juristenvereinigung (Association for Cultural Exchange between Italian and German Jurists). He is also a member of the DAV Italien (Association of German Lawyers in Italy).
Since 2014, he has been a member of AHK Deutsch-Italienische Handelskammer (Italo-German Chamber of Commerce).
He has had articles published in the magazines Law and Practice of Companies and 24 Hour Lawyer, “Il Sole 24 Ore” Group.
In 2008, he attained the certificate of participation, with positive evaluation, in the Training Course for Conciliators, corporate module, organized by the Body of Legal Conciliation of Milan of the Milan Bar Association in collaboration with Resolutia, a company accredited by the Ministry of Justice.
